Terms Of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1 By using ROMARKET.CO (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree to these TOS, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE PLATFORM

2.1 The Platform serves as a marketplace for the sale, and purchase of virtual items and digital goods within the guidelines established herein.

3. VIRTUAL ITEMS

3.1 The Platform facilitates transactions for virtual items, which may include, but are not limited to, in-game skins, virtual currency, digital collectibles, and other digital assets ("Virtual Items").

4. NO REFUNDS POLICY

  • 4.1 Users acknowledge and agree that all transactions on the Platform are final.

    PROJECT REDSTONE PTY LTD does not provide refunds for Virtual Item purchases, except as required by applicable law.

  • 4.2 All sales are final thus no refunds will occur.

5. USER ACCOUNTS

5.1 To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

6. SUPPORT

7. LISTINGS AND TRANSACTIONS

  • 7.1 Users are responsible for the accuracy of all listings and product descriptions.
  • 7.2 Users agree to honor all completed transactions promptly and as described.

8. FEES

  • 8.1 The Platform may charge fees for certain transactions. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated to users prior to completing a transaction.
  • 8.2 Customers: All applicable fees are transparent and will be listed upon checkout before completing a transaction.
  • 8.3 Sellers: All applicable fees are communicated with agreed terms upon social agreement. You may continue/discontinue sales if an agreement is not met. Seller fees are dependent on transaction fees and marketplace usage fees.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

  • 9.1 Users shall not engage in any of the following prohibited activities on the Platform:
  • 9.2 a Violating any applicable laws or regulations. b. Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others. c. Distributing or promoting malicious software, viruses, or harmful code. d. Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or any form of discriminatory behavior. e. Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • 10.1 Users retain ownership of their intellectual property rights in listings and content posted on the Platform.
  • 10.2 By using the Platform, users grant ROMARKET.CO LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute user-generated content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

11.1 The Platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1 PROJECT REDSTONE PTY LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

13. TERMINATION

13.1 PROJECT REDSTONE PTY LTD reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts or access to the Platform for any violation of these TOS or any other reason.

14. AMENDMENTS

14.1 PROJECT REDSTONE PTY LTD reserves the right to amend these TOS at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended TOS.

15. GOVERNING LAW

15.1 These TOS are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States.
